Susanna Miller-Raines, MSW is Operations Coordinator and a Community Support Specialist at the Center for Leadership in Disability at Georgia State University. Her responsibilities are related to inclusive postsecondary education, transition, college and career readiness, and leadership development for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She serves as the Social Worker on contract to Adult Disability Medical Healthcare, a medical home for adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is the Statewide Coordinator for the Georgia Inclusive Postsecondary Education Consortium (GAIPSEC), Project Coordinator for the CLD’s TPSID Grant, Chair of the Southeast Postsecondary Education Alliance, Vice Chair of the AUCD Community Education and Dissemination Council, and Chair of the Georgia Interagency Transition Council. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Centenary College of Louisiana and received her MSW from the University of Georgia.
