Dr. Shauna Joye is an Air Force veteran and licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in assessment and treatment of behavioral disorders. She earned a B.S. in biology from Georgia Southern University and a Ph.D. in psychology from Florida State University. Dr. Joye completed a postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente at their Autism Spectrum Disorder specialty clinic in San Jose, California. She has extensive training in pediatric assessment and has been conducting comprehensive evaluations since 2006. She specializes in assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, attention disorders, and learning disorders across the lifespan, from toddlers to adults. Dr. Joye owns and operates Joye Psychology & Wellness, a behavioral health clinic with 18 providers who have a wide range of specialties. She believes in a caring, competent, and comprehensive approach to psychological assessment and treatment. She strives to provide recommendations and treatment based on current research and using a collaborative approach so all patients feel empowered and validated.
