Sarah Champ is the Associate Director of Individual Services at Threshold Community Program, a private non-profit school serving adolescents and adults with developmental, communication, or social-emotional disorders. She is also currently the employment coordinator for IDEAL at Georgia State University, an inclusive postsecondary education program as well as a private practitioner and consultant in the areas of sexuality, transition, employment, and autism. Sarah has also worked as a special educator for fifteen years in both public and private school settings. She regularly presents the work of Threshold Community Program regionally and nationally in foundational mathematics education, developmental lesson planning, and crisis intervention.
